On orders over $150 for BC and Alberta and over $200 for the rest of Canada.

ORDERS

We process orders as they are received. All inventory shown on the website is available in our Langley Boutique and the inventory is updated with each sale during the day.

Online orders and most phone orders will ship within 2 business days of payment.

Orders received by 1pm will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1pm, or orders received on weekends, will be sent on the next business day.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

FREE SHIPPING for an order of $150.00 or more, (after discounts and before taxes), for order shipped within BC or Alberta. FREE SHIPPING for an order of $200.00 or more for other locatations in Canada.

Our shipping prices are listed during checkout and are live to Canada Post or UPS. Canada Post has a partnership with USPS for the United States.

Please note: Lucy Clothing & Accessories reserves the right to upgrade the shipping method at our discretion and expense and is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or work stoppages by the chosen courier company.

If custom duties and/or taxes are assessed by US customs, these are in addition to your shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. We include the appropriate documentation required by US Customs in order to clear your parcel, including documentation for North American made products.  Lucy Clothing & Accessories will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier may charge. Products made in North America (Canada, USA, Mexico) are covered by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and are not subject to customs duties (although may be subject to US taxes). Products made in any other country, will be subject to US customs duties, charged as a % of the retail price.

 

ORDER STATUS

You will receive an initial email letting you know that your order has been received, and another email when the order has shipped. Follow the tracking number on the email you receive and you will be directed to the most up-to-date information on the anticipated delivery date of your parcel.

SALES TAX

Canada:  The GST/HST applicable to your province will be charged on your purchase.

USA:  There will be no sales tax added to your purchase by Lucy Clothing & Accessories. Sales tax may be added by US customs or by your courier company which will need to be paid upon receipt of your shipment.

 

BACK ORDERS

In the unlikely event that any item in your completed order is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will either email or call you.

 

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

At this time, Lucy Clothing's website only processes shipments within Canada, the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
