At {L}UCY we want you to LOVE your purchase! We offer 30 day exchanges & returns on regular priced, unworn items purchased online (15 days on items purchased in-store), and *free shipping for size-only exchanges! (*Click here to read the full details of our exchange & return policy, and free size exchange. Some exceptions apply.)
1 MAKING A PURCHASE
1.1 HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I NEED? ARE YOUR CLOTHES “TRUE-TO-SIZE”?
At LUCY Clothing, we carry many different brands, and each brand fits a bit differently. We have provided a "generic" size chart for you. In the description of each garment we have placed a comment to help you choose the correct size. You will see comments such as "fits true to size" or "choose a size larger or smaller" or "fits tight to the torso".

1.2 CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IF I DON’T HAVE A CREDIT CARD?
Paypal offers options for checkout without a credit card. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this checkout option. Please give us a call Toll Free at 1-855-932-5898, Mon-Fri from 11am-5pm if you have any questions.
1.3 OUT OF STOCK
At LUCY we stock our Basics year round. However, we do run out, occassionally.
We’d LOVE to notify you when the item is re-stocked!
Fill in the contact form on the right and tell us which garment you are looking for and we will email you back when it arrives.
1.4 CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD WHEN I PURCHASE ON-LINE?
Unfortunately, our web store does not accept gift cards at this time. Please give us a call at 1-855-932-5898 or locally at 604-532-5898 and we can process your purchase over the phone.
1.5 CAN I PICK IT UP?
Everything shown on the webstore is here at the boutique. Place your order and come in and pick it up that day!
Sizing updates as inventory sells. What you see on-line is exactly what is in the boutique!
2 SHIPMENT
2.1 HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
Orders are shipped as they arrive. We usually have the order in the mail within 24 hours. All inventory is here at the boutique.
Delivery within BC and Alberta is usually no more than 4 days and within the GVRD, the parcel is usually delivered the next business day.
Delivery within the rest of Canada is approximately one week.
Delivery to the US is approximately 10 days.
Faster shipping options are offered at checkout.
2.2 TRACKING MY SHIPMENT
As the shipment is packaged, an email from our shipper is sent out. The email contains all shipping information. Click the link in the email and you will know where your shipment is.
3 RETURNS
3.1 I DON'T LIKE THE FIT! I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY PURCHASE.
We offer 30 day exchanges & returns on all products purchased online (15 days when purchased in our Langley boutique). As long as the item has all its tags attached, has not been worn in any way, is free from all scent and pet hair. (Click here for full instructions, and for restrictions on returns.)
The exchange MUST be issued a Return Authorization Number before it will be accepted at {LUCY}. To get an RA#, call us Toll Free at 1-855-932-5898, Mon – Fri, 11am – 5pm.
3.2 I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE.
LUCY Clothing offers free shipping for your new size! If you wish to exchange an item for another size (in the same style and colour), simply call the store Toll Free at 1-855-932-5898 or 604-532-5898 locally to reserve the size and when we receive the first garment we will ship the new size to you at no cost. (Shipping the returning item to Lucy Clothing is at your expense.)
