EXCHANGES: GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION

Please read our return policies for the store and website throughly

Lucy Clothing guarantees your satisfaction with our merchandise. We are an independent owner operated boutique and as such, our policies may differ from other retail stores.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange regularly priced, unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase for web store purchases. The date of the original purchase will be clearly marked on your receipt.

For purchases made in the boutique.

We work closely with our customers to ensure the fits and sizes are correct. 

  • In store purchases are a final sale.

Purchases made through the website.

  • Please call the store to receive a RA# ( Return Authorization ) to be placed on the outside of the returning package. If your package does not have a RA# on it, it will be refused.
  • SALE items are a FINAL SALE or may be returned for an exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any item that appears to be worn, has any smell or is covered in pet fur. All items returned must still have their original tags attached and a copy of the invoice from your web order.

 

SIZE EXCHANGE OFFER

Please call the store if you would like to reserve another size in an item. We will hold it until your parcel has arrived, then we will ship out your new size.

Shipping the returning item TO Lucy Clothing is at your expense. If you have ordered multiple items that require exchanging, please ship all items together. Lucy Clothing will only pay to ship a new size of the same style & colour one time per order. In the case where a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment. Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability, and will be processed within 48 hours of receipt when possible.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

Check the receipt and make sure you are within 30 days of purchase.

Call the boutique in Langley, BC and request and RA (return authorization) number - 604-532-5898 local or 1-855-932-5898 toll free.

Write the RA number on the outside of the parcel.

Ship the return to the following address: Returns & Exchanges, Lucy Clothing & Accessories, 101 – 20565 Fraser Hwy, Langley, BC V3A 4G3

All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Items returned in any condition other than that in which they were originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. (i.e. deodorant stains, smoke smell, pet hair, pet stains, hang tags removed, or worn in any way). We retain the right to refuse any return or exchange that is not in its original, unworn condition.

Notes:

  1. Returns received later than this posted date will be eligible for store credit only for a period of an additional 30 days, and only if the item is still being sold on lucyclothing.ca in the applicable color and size. Store credit will reflect the most current sales price listed, or the price originally charged, whichever is less.
  2. Any merchandise received after 60 days will automatically be returned to sender at their expense.
  3. SALE merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchanges. (Please note: if sale items are returned a restocking fee of 30% may be applied, and merchandise credit issued for the current price listed on the website, or the price originally charged, whichever is less.)
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. 
  6. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
  7. Lucy Clothing does not pay for the shipping of the return, except in the case of incorrectly shipped items.
